30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We believe this gives you plenty of time to explore your new treasures.

Original Condition

To receive a full refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or wrapping. Think of it as keeping the magic intact!

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and creative integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

How to Start a Return

1. Request

Email [email protected] with your order number.

2. Package

Tuck your items back into their original box with the packing slip.

3. Refund / Store Credits

Receive your refund within 5-10 business days after inspection.

Payment & Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's fairy dust processing time.

Exchanges

Love the design but want a different size or colour? We offer easy exchanges! Simply follow the return steps and mention your preferred replacement in your email.
